How to Use:

1. Prepare the Fire:
   • Break the cow dung cakes (“Kanda”) into small pieces.
   • Place one piece in the centre and others around it in a pyramid shape.
   • Apply ghee to each piece.
   • Light a camphor / Cotton Wick withGhee in the centre.
2. Offer Rice:
   • Mix rice with ghee.
   • Chant the mantras:
     • At sunrise: “Sooryaya Swaha, Sooryaya Idam Na Mama” (twice)
     • At sunset: “Agnaye Swaha, Agnaye Idam Na Mama” (twice)
   • Offer the rice into the fire while chanting.
3. Meditate:
   • Sit quietly until the fire is extinguished.
   • Allow the medicinal smoke to Percolate the area.
   • Dispose of the ashes in soil or a pot.

Additional Information:

• Kit has agnihotra Patra with stand, desi cow dung cakes, camphor and pitambari to clean Patra once in a month
• The mantras are intended to invoke the blessings of the Sun God.
• The aim is to encourage widespread participation in Agnihotra to benefit mankind, health, and the environment.
